Review AI safety events, coach drivers and follow safety scores over time.
The weekly safety workflow
Section titled “The weekly safety workflow”Safety work in Roudiy runs in a weekly loop. During the week you review new events in the Inbox: each one is marked Coachable, Recognized or Dismissed. Coachable events put the driver on the Needs coaching list, where you start a coaching session, go through the events with the driver and complete it. Every Monday Roudiy calculates new Scores from the events (except dismissed and recognized ones, and for driver scores also unassigned ones) and miles over the last 4 weeks, so the riskiest drivers show you where to coach next. Reports sum up events and coaching for your safety meetings.

Who uses it
Section titled “Who uses it”Safety Manager and Company Admin for all of it. The Dispatcher can see the Inbox, Scores and Reports. Only the Company Admin changes Settings → Safety.
