Edit your profile
Quick path
Section titled “Quick path”- Click your initials (top right) and choose My profile.
- Change First name, Last name or Phone and click Save.
- Pick your Time zone; it applies at once.
- To change your password, use Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
What it is and why
Section titled “What it is and why”My profile holds the details that are yours alone: your name, your phone and the time zone the dashboard shows times in. Anyone can open it; no special permission is needed.
The time zone matters most. Say your company is set to Central time, but you dispatch from an office in Arizona. Pick Arizona and every time on your screen matches your own clock, while reports and exported files keep using the company time zone, so they match for everyone.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Sign in.
- Your email is not edited here: it is also your ELD platform sign-in.

The replay could not be loaded. The steps below still describe every action.
Step by step
Section titled “Step by step”-
Open My profile.
Click your initials in the top-right corner and choose My profile. The header shows your name, role and company, separated by dots. The Security (2FA) button next to it opens your security settings.
-
Update your personal info.
The Personal info card has these fields:
- First name and Last name: required, up to 100 characters each.
- Email: read-only. The hint says Managed by your ELD account — contact support to change.
- Phone: a US number, for example
(214) 555-0147. The hint says Used for SMS alerts.
Save stays disabled until you change something. Click it and you see Profile saved.
-
Choose your time zone.
Open Time zone and pick one: Company default (the company’s zone is shown in brackets), Eastern, Central, Mountain, Arizona, Pacific, Alaska or Hawaii.
The hint explains what it changes: Changes how times look for you. Reports and exported files stay in the company time zone. The new zone applies at once and you see Time zone saved.
-
Changing your password.
The Change password card shows Not available yet and says Changing your password here is coming soon. Until then, use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page.
So today, sign out and follow Reset a forgotten password. Keep in mind the note on the card: Same password as your ELD account — changing it here changes it there too.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”- Your new name shows in the account menu.
- Times in lists and pages follow your time zone. Reports and exported files still use the company time zone.
- Your time zone is personal: colleagues keep their own setting.

| Not available yet (Change password) | Changing the password from the profile is not ready yet. | Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. |
Questions
Section titled “Questions”How do I change my email? You cannot change it yourself. Your email is your ELD account sign-in, so contact support.
Why are the times in my exported report different from the screen? Reports and exported files always use the company time zone, so everyone gets the same numbers. Only the screen follows your personal time zone.
What is my phone number used for? The hint says it is used for SMS alerts.
Why can’t I save anything on this page? If you see the read-only banner, an administrator is viewing the dashboard as you. The profile cannot be changed during that time.
