Reports

Two pages show how the fleet is doing. The Dashboard is for today’s numbers: trucks moving now, miles since midnight, offline kits, open fault codes and today’s safety events, each with a link to the page where you act on it. Reports is for files: pick a report such as Trips & mileage, a period such as Last month, and download a CSV or PDF to keep or share.

Both need Reports: view, which the Company Admin, the Dispatcher and the Safety Manager have by default. Safety event, coaching and score reports live separately, under Safety → Reports.
