Compliance

Compliance is where you prepare the quarterly IFTA return. Roudiy counts the miles of your IFTA-qualified trucks per state from their trips; you record the fuel they bought. By default the Company Admin and the Compliance Manager can do everything here. The Dispatcher can only view fuel purchases, and the Safety Manager has no access.

The quarter-end workflow

Through the quarter, add fuel purchases or import them from your fuel card. When the quarter has ended and 72 hours have passed, open Compliance → IFTA, check the preview miles and the data-quality warnings, and generate the report. After you file, lock the quarter and export the PDF and CSV files. If something turns up after the lock, start an amendment: a new version you generate and lock again, while the original stays as it is.
